Sending Price Information to Customer by EDI

Good Day,

We want to communicate our salesprices to our customers by EDI. The idea is that we send our pricelists for all sales items in IDocs from our R/3 system by using the PI system to our customer. Our customers can load these IDocs in their R/3 systems.

My questions: Is there allready a SAP standard Idoc we can use and how can I fill this IDoc with information?
