If you ran Delete Data in BW then you don't need LO or 0 elimination.

Can you check if any records will be shown in Manage -> Contents -> Fact table of the cube? It will show the table name. You can check if SE16 shows anything for that table. You can also check if that table is empty on HANA.

Disaggregate write data back to same table. Do you have have ENABLE_NATIVE_HANA_MODEL in SPRO for that Model?

Can you ask your Basis if SMART_MERGE is set to AUTO in HANA?
